Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Kruve. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform and services.
By accessing or using the Kruve platform (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including Kruvers (earners) and Advertisers.
Kruve is a WhatsApp Status monetization platform that connects content sharers ('Kruvers') with advertisers. Kruvers share branded content on their WhatsApp Status and earn money based on verified views. Advertisers pay for reach delivered by verified Kruvers across Zimbabwe.
To participate as a Kruver, you must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid Zimbabwean phone number, and own an active WhatsApp account. Kruvers must submit genuine screenshots of their WhatsApp Status activity. Fraudulent submissions, screen manipulation, or fake view counts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Kruvers earn $0.005 USD per verified view. Payouts are processed via EcoCash once a minimum withdrawal threshold is reached. Earnings are credited only after Kruve's verification team reviews and approves submitted screenshots. Kruve reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud investigation.
Advertisers agree to pay for verified views delivered by Kruvers. Billing is based on actual verified view counts as reported by the Kruve platform. Advertiser content must not violate Zimbabwean law, promote harmful products, or contain misleading information. Kruve reserves the right to reject any campaign content that violates these standards.
Campaign content provided by advertisers remains the property of the advertiser. By submitting content to Kruve, advertisers grant Kruve and participating Kruvers a limited, non-exclusive license to share the content on WhatsApp Status for the duration of the campaign.
To ensure platform integrity and prevent fraud, Kruvers may be required to undergo identity verification by submitting a government-issued identity document (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License). You are responsible for ensuring that any document you submit is authentic, valid, and belongs to you. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or another person's identity document is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Your identity documents are stored securely, used solely for verification purposes, and are never shared with advertisers or third parties. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Kruve reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or its users. Users may also close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
To the fullest extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Kruve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total earnings paid to you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Kruve reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
