Withdrawals are sent to the EcoCash number in your profile. If the number is incorrect, your transfer may fail. Update it anytime in your Profile Settings before requesting a withdrawal.
What happens if my submission is rejected?
Rejected submissions do not earn any payment. You'll see the rejection status in your Earnings History. You can contact support if you believe the rejection was an error.
Can I withdraw partial earnings?
You can only withdraw your full available balance once it exceeds the minimum threshold. Partial withdrawals are not currently supported.
What if I don't have enough balance to withdraw?
Keep joining campaigns and submitting views. Every verified submission adds to your wallet balance until you reach the withdrawal threshold.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
No. Kruve does not charge earners any withdrawal fees. You receive 100% of your wallet balance when you request a payout.
What EcoCash number is used?
Withdrawals are sent to the EcoCash number saved in your profile. Make sure it's correct — go to 'My Profile' in your dashboard to update it.
How often can I withdraw?
You can request a withdrawal any time your balance is above the minimum threshold. There is no limit on how frequently you can withdraw.
